IHM's Lenten speaker series will feature Anne Collins, a Cincinnati-based speaker who led a retreat series on St. Louis de Montfort's spiritual classic "True Devotion to Mary" at parishes around the country for five years. IHM Crusaders Football Camp (Anderson Twp.) Begins
July 10-13 at Bolger Stadium (Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish). For students K-grade 8; geared toward teaching fundamental football skills including basic offensive, defensive, and special teams positions. IHM football coaches Bill Meltebrink and Jeff Weber will direct the camp; coaches from area grade schools and high schools will teach; high school, college, professional players and coaches will speak. Celebrate Las Posadas ("Posada" means "inn" or "shelter"), a kind of Mexican Christmas pageant that reenacts Mary and Joseph going from inn to inn searching for a place to stay and ends with a party. IHM's celebration will include a procession with candles, Christmas carols, and a reception with hot chocolate and cookies. The procession will begin after 1:30 Mass.
