CJ’s fall production, Moliere’s farce “Tartuffe,” satirizes hypocrisy, religious piety, and deceit. When religious fraud Tartuffe ingratiates himself into the good graces of Orgon and his mother Madame Pernelle, they take him into their home and promise him Orgon’s daughter’s hand in marriage. Everyone else in the family sees though Tartuffe’s pose, but how can they expose him and save Orgon’s family from ruin? Tickets $8 adults/$6 students.
