The first of IHM’s Lenten talks, this features Joan Kingsland, who will speak on “How to Raise your Children/Grandchildren Catholic.” Dr. Kinglsand is the training and development specialist at Ruah Woods and an adjunct professor at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary of the West. She has a licentiate and doctoral degree in moral theology from the John Paul II Institute for Marriage and the Family in Rome, and is a consecrated woman of Regnum Christi. As our children grow up in a secular society, the only information they receive about God may be from the Church – and you. Hear practical tips for helping children build their faith.

IHM’s speakers follow the parish fish fry (4:30-7 p.m.), rosary (6:20 in the church) and Stations of the Cross (7 p.m.). Come for all or whatever parts of the evening fit your schedule.
