Equip is a great way in which a Youth or Campus Minister can bring the whole team on retreat — providing a common experience of being ministered to, for the sake of ministering to others as a community of one heart, and of one mind.  Youth Ministers, Campus Ministers, Core Team Volunteers, Prospective Volunteers, and others will benefit. Mass and Adoration featured; lunch included. Sessions will largely be workshop-based to ensure a high level of interaction between participants in order to foster communion, creativity, and discernment.
