Honor veterans ,past and present, as we pay tribute to World War II heroes “The Four Chaplains of the USS Dorchester”. The Four Chaplains of different faiths made the ultimate sacrifice February 3, 1943 when their ship was sunk by German torpedoes. The 44th annual Four Chaplains Memorial Service includes flag bearers from numerous veterans groups, a rifle salute and “taps”. A deeply moving and patriotic tribute for all.
