St. Anthony Center in Need of Volunteers St. Francis Seraph Ministries, 1615 Republic St., Cincinnati 45202 St. Francis Seraph Ministries needs volunteers to serve breakfast (7-9am) and dinner (4-6pm) on Mondays to the urban poor in Over-the-Rhine. Volunteers help greet guests, serve food and beverages, clean tables and possibly dishes, as well as help create a safe haven for guests to come and have a nutritious meal.
