Wednesday, July 1, 2009 A Mass of Christian Burial for Sister of St. Francis Mary Rachel Schulte was celebrated June 19 at the motherhouse chapel of the Sisters of St. Francis in Oldenburg, Ind. Sister Mary, who was 91, died June 16 at St. Clare Hall at the Oldenburg motherhouse.

Wednesday, July 1, 2009 A Mass of Christian of Burial for Sister of Notre Dame de Namur Anna McDermott was held on June 27. She died on June 23 at the Mount Notre Dame Health Center in Cincinnati. Sister Anna was 96 years old.

Wednesday, July 1, 2009 Sister of Notre Dame de Namur Dolores Mueninghoff died June 26 at Mount Notre Dame Health Center, Reading, at the age of 94. A native of Cincinnati, she was a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur for 70 years.
