Wednesday, September 2, 2009 ARCHDIOCESE — Cincinnati businessman and philanthropist William J. Williams died Aug. 23. He was 93. The former chairman and chief executive officer of Western & Southern Financial Group, Williams supported Catholic institutions, including the Athenaeum of Ohio/Mount St. Mary’s Seminary.
