UD’s Marian Library holds open house
Monday, November 23, 2009 DAYTON DEANERY — The University of Dayton will welcome the Christmas season with an open house and community celebration of a new gift that nearly doubled the Marian Library’s collection of Nativity scenes making it one of the largest collections in the United States.

Friday, November 20, 2009 Father Edward P. McCarthy, C.PP.S., 94, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, at St. Charles Center in Carthagena. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, Nov. 23, at 2 p.m. at St. Charles Center. Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry is handling the arrangements.
