May 31, 2011 A Mass of Christian Burial for Father Leo A. Hoying was celebrated May 26 at St. Augustine Parish in Minster. Retired Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk presided. Father Hoying, 80, died May 22 at the St. Charles Center in Carthegena.

May 31, 2011   A Mass of Christian Burial for Sister of St. Joseph Phyllis Manda was celebrated May 26 at St. Thomas More Church in Baton Rouge, La. Sister Phyllis, 71, died May 23 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge.

May 25, 2011 A Mass of Christian Burial for Precious Blood Sister Rose Ann Winkeljohn was celebrated May 20 at Salem Heights in Dayton. Sister Rose Ann, 85, died May 16 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. She was a Sister of the Precious Blood for 68 years.
