Deacon Royce Winters of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati attended the Greater Cincinnati Firefighters Tribute on October 13, 2016 in Downtown Cincinnati to remember fallen firefighters. Deacon Royce is a chaplain for The Cincinnati Fire Department and they may respond to incidents where CFD officials deem a need, offer counseling to firefighters, and lend their services and support for internal ceremonies.
