Formation, prayer, fellowship, more — Nova is a day-long formation retreat  at the beginning of each semester for youth ministers, campus ministers, and volunteers. The day progresses through a series of topics that aim to experientially build a foundation on which youth or campus ministers can discern God’s will for carrying out youth evangelization and discipleship their parish or school.
