Grace Rogan

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Sept. 17 at Grailville for Grace Rogan. Rogan, who died Aug. 4 in Bellingham, Wash., was formerly secretary to the late Dan Kane, director of communications for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. She was 90.
A native of New Jersey, she studied journalism at Marquette University. Her husband, Jim, was cofounder of the Catholic Worker House in Baltimore, Md., and the Rogans were among the families to settle in the neighborhood of Cincinnati’s Grailville in the 1940s. Both also served in South Africa as medical missionaries.
Rogan is survived by a daughter, Judy Ardt, and a son, David.
