A Mass of Christian Burial for longtime archdiocesan employee Elizabeth “Betty” Meder was held Nov. 4 at St. Cecilia Church in Independence, Ky. Meder, 78, died Oct. 31 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood after a brief illness.

Meder had worked as a secretary in the Tribunal Office since 1978. She is survived by her brother, Donald Olding, of Independence.

Interment was in St. Mary Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell.
