A Mass of Christian Burial for Precious Blood Sister Mary Susanna Laux was celebrated Aug. 18 at the congregation’s motherhouse in Dayton. Sister Mary Susanna, 93, died Aug. 11 in Dayton.

A native of Bryant, Ind., Sister Mary Susanna entered the Sisters of the Precious Blood in 1932, and served in domestic arts at various parishes in Ohio. She served for 18 years in the ecclesiastical arts department at Salem Heights and more than 20 years at Our Lady of Good Hope Parish in Miamisburg.

Burial was in Salem Heights Cemetery.
