A Mass of Christian Burial for Barbara Willke was celebrated April 19 at St. Clare Parish in College Hill. Willke, 90, died April 14.

Willke, along with her husband, John “Jack” Willke, co-founded Cincinnati Right to Life. Together the Willkes authored 12 books on human sexuality and abortion. The also created audio and visual materials that were proven to be basic teaching tools throughout the world. Their materials have been translated into 30 languages on all five continents. She and her husband frequently appeared on radio and TV shows. They spoke in 64 different countries over the years. The pair would have been married for 65 years in June.

In addition to her husband, Willke is survived by her children Marie Meyers, Theresa Wilka, Chuck Willke, Joseph Willke, Anne Millea and Timothy Willke.
